BOOKING POLICIES
  1. All services are provided by appointment only.

  2. Booking can be done using the booking link

  3. For questions about booking or services please email or text

  4. Booking through the booking link will show availability and allow bookings as far as one month out

  5. Some services will require a deposit

  6. All guests are required to include a card on file in order to book an appointment 

  7. Once an appointment is selected and booked, it will be pending approval. Once an appointment is approved, a confirmation message will be sent to you. 

  8. If there is a specific date and time that you are looking for that is not shown on the booking site, you may join the waitlist and add notes about your preferences. A notification will be sent to me and I will get back to you asap if anything is available. 

  9. Once an appointment is booked and confirmed, you will receive a message including a link to the intake forms that are required to be completed prior to your appointment. Services cannot be performed without completed intake forms 

  10. Intake forms help to identify exactly what services and products are best suited for each guest with regards to health conditions, sensitivities, and possible allergies 

APPOINTMENT  POLICIES
  1. RESCHEDULING | If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, please text or DM me within at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment 

  2. CANCELLATIONS | Can be done through the booking confirmation links that are sent out 

  3. NO-SHOW GUESTS | Will be given ONE warning as I understand life happens. After the first no-show, a 20% fee is applied to the card on file and online booking will not be allowed for those guests. If I don't receive a response at all you will be blocked from my books

  4. LATE GUESTS | A 10 minute grace period is given to every guest. If I haven't heard back from guests within 10 minutes of a scheduled appointment it is considered a no-show and a 20% fee is applied to the card on file. 

Please be mindful that my time is limited for each service so that it doesn't interfere with someone else's appointment ❤
